The Role
To develop to be a highly skilled Moulder/Coremaker who can support the casting manufacturing process within the Foundry Frontend team. In this role you will learn how to produce large, complex moulds and cores—using patterns, sand systems and specialist foundry techniques—to enable the safe and accurate casting of molten metal. Through hands-on experience in a heavy industrial environment and structured college training, you will gain the capability to contribute effectively to coremaking, moulding and casting operations while consistently promoting safe working practices and high production standards.
